Personalize therapy sessions to fit your needs
We will focus on ensuring your preferences are met - from your choice of therapist to availability and frequency of session. We have many options regarding fees, which include billing to insurance, reimbursement of out-of-network benefits, private pay, and sliding scale for financial need.
Attend sessions on a regular basis to meet your goals
We recommend weekly sessions, however many of our clients opt for bi-weekly or monthly. Our perspective on short-term vs. long-term therapy is this: what do YOU need? Many people who are ready to do the work can start to see real change in their lives between 10-20 sessions. This may mean you’ve met your treatment goals and you transition out of therapy or to a lower frequency model of monthly check-ins. Some people are looking for a long-term therapist to build a relationship and support through many areas of their life or want to process childhood and psychodynamic relationships that may take much longer. What’s most important is that you get what YOU need, not what someone else tells you you need.
