Meet Abigale

Abby is the Founder and Owner of The Boundary, practicing for over 10 years. We serve clients in NYC, New Jersey, and Florida via telehealth for premiere flexibility of scheduling. She brings her Midwest upbringing to the East Coast to create a blend of warm, genuine human interaction mixed with the understanding of urban living. To feel so alone in such a big city, surrounded by millions of people seems irrational, right? Abby has connected with adults who are experiencing changes in life - like pregnancy and parenting, new job/career, and what it feels like to move to a new city. Postpartum is an especially challenging time for mothers (and fathers!), so don't struggle alone. Abby can help identify your symptoms, target coping skills to manage those symptoms, validate your parenting experiences, and work towards becoming the parent you want to be, regardless of who everyone else is telling you to be. Abby uses a mix of Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Psychodynamic modalities to address current symptoms, while processing how they came to be over the years of your life. She has been featured in Authority Magazine, UpJourney, and HR Vendor News. Abby is also a Certified Clinical Supervisor in New Jersey and New York, supervising and mentoring social workers in the field of mental health who are working towards their LCSW licensure. I also consult with fully licensed clinicians who are needing support in their private practices. Outside of work, you can find Abby enjoying music, football (DA BEARS!), good eats, and traveling when she can find a babysitter.
