About

Meet Andreah

Andreah believes that mental health and well-being are deeply connected to culture, identity, and community. She recognizes that many communities have historically had to prioritize survival and responsibility, often leaving little space to attend to emotional well- being. Her work focuses on helping individuals create space to care for their mental health while honoring their lived experiences and cultural values. As a first-generation Latina, Andreah understands the complexity of navigating multiple identities and cultural expectations. She is especially passionate about supporting individuals who may be balancing family responsibilities, cultural expectations, and their own personal goals. She strives to create a supportive and culturally responsive environment where clients feel understood and empowered. Andreah works with young adults navigating life transitions such as career changes, relationship shifts, identity exploration, and adjusting to new environments or moves. She views therapy as a collaborative process and believes that meaningful change happens through curiosity, reflection, and connection. Andreah is supervised by Elene Garay, LMSW and Abigale Johnson, LCSW. When she’s not working or studying, Andreah enjoys relaxing with her dogs, reading, and figuring out how to keep her garden plants happy.
