About
Meet Catie
Before entering social work, Catie spent 10 years in management consulting, an experience that gave her a deep understanding of the pressures and expectations that can come with high-demand careers. Her work and training have also shaped an interest in trauma-informed care and in supporting people through periods when their sense of identity, relationships, or daily life may be shifting. She brings a warm, collaborative, and grounded approach to her work, with an emphasis on creating space for clients to better understand themselves and find practical ways to manage the pressures and challenges they are facing. Outside of work, Catie enjoys singing and listening to choral music, spending time outdoors, and getting lost in a good work of fiction. She is supervised by Elene Garay, LMSW.
