About
Meet Elene
Elene believes everyone possesses the ability and tools to thrive, sometimes they just need a safe, supportive space to find them. With a strengths-based, trauma-informed, and culturally sensitive approach, she helps clients tap into resilience, break free from old narratives, and move forward with clarity and purpose. Rooted in psychodynamic and relational therapy, her work is warm, creative, and infused with moments of levity. Drawing on years of international work and personal values-based training, Elene is passionate about helping individuals build self-esteem, resilience, and a strong sense of self, especially when cultures shift, values feel at odds, or trauma complicates the path forward. She has particular experience working with bicultural and immigrant men carrying two sets of rules about what strength looks like, the version they learned growing up and the version they're trying to build now, where love was shown through providing rather than talking, and opening up doesn't come with a script. Her approach emphasizes collaboration, cultural grounding, and emotional safety, with a focus on working with the nervous system to foster regulation, calm, and authentic human connection. Elene has additional training in Accelerated Resolution Therapy (ART), Breath-Body-Mind, and other modalities that she incorporates into session for a holistic experience. When she's not working, Elene enjoys unhurried conversations, traveling, cooking, spending time with family, and cozying up to a good book.
