About
Meet Liz
Liz is a graduate mental health counseling intern who believes therapy is a collaborative and compassionate process rooted in safety, curiosity, and connection. She strives to create a warm, nonjudgmental space where clients feel seen, heard, and supported as they explore their inner experiences and navigate life’s challenges. She values meeting clients where they are and moving at a pace that feels respectful and empowering. Liz believes that healing occurs within the therapeutic relationship and that each client is the expert of their own lived experience. Her approach emphasizes self-compassion, emotional insight, and the development of practical tools that support growth both inside and outside sessions. Liz is supervised by Rebecca Brooks, LMHC, LPC. Outside of the therapy space, Liz enjoys going on walks with her dog, trying new coffee shops, drawing, spending time with loved ones, and going to the beach!
