About
Meet Rebecca
Rebecca helps adults through the anxiety that comes with big life changes, with a special focus on pregnancy, the postpartum period, and early parenthood. She works with mothers and fathers alike, and has a particular interest in supporting dads and non-birthing partners, who often feel the pressure of a new baby but rarely get asked how they're doing. Rebecca also works with perfectionism and performance anxiety: the pressure to get everything right at work, at home, or as a parent. Her approach is structured but flexible, blending practical, skills-based strategies with space for deeper reflection, so you leave sessions with tools that actually work. She holds a certification in mental performance, which shapes how she helps clients manage high expectations and burnout. Rebecca facilitates a 6-week virtual DBT skills group with a digital workbook included. Please contact groups@theboundarynyc.com to inquire about the next series date. Rebecca also oversees our clinical trainee program and provides clinical supervision to graduate student interns and limited permit holders. In her spare time, Rebecca enjoys going to the gym, puzzles, and walking her dog.
