About
Meet Taylor
Taylor believes meaningful therapy begins with feeling comfortable enough to be honest. She values the trust that develops between therapist and client as well as the opportunity to understand each person beyond the challenges that brought them to therapy. Taylor works with women and young adults in their 20s and 30s who struggle with general anxiety, health anxiety, OCD, chronic illness, and life transitions. She brings warmth, authenticity and lightheartedness into her work, while also drawing from personal experience when it may help a client feel both less alone and heard. Taylor approaches each client with curiosity and appreciation for the different experiences that shape who they are. Together, you'll explore how you think, feel and relate to others. She integrates CBT, DBT and psychodynamic perspectives, allowing you to address what is happening in the present while also exploring any underlying patterns. Taylor hopes that therapy can be a place where you feel understood, gain a stronger sense of yourself, and leave with tools that feel useful in your everyday life. Taylor enjoys reading, spending time with family and close friends, traveling anywhere warm, and the occasional pilates class.
