FINDING YOUR STARTING POINT

Is this you?

  • You know exactly what you need to do, and you still can't make yourself start.

  • Deadlines, bills, and texts pile up until they turn into a crisis.

  • You hyperfocus on the wrong thing and lose whole afternoons.

  • You've wondered for years whether it's ADHD, or you were diagnosed as a kid and never really got support.

  • Your emotions run hot, and small frustrations feel huge.

  • You're exhausted from masking, and from feeling behind everyone else.

How we help

ADHD therapy isn't about trying harder. It's about building systems that work with your brain instead of against it. Our clinicians use CBT for ADHD and practical skills work on time, planning, focus, and follow-through, plus support for the anxiety, shame, and burnout that often come along with it.

We also make room for the emotional side: the years of being called careless, the relationships strained by forgetfulness, the pressure of school, work, or a new baby. Understanding how your ADHD shows up takes a lot of the self-blame out of it.

In the first month, you'll map out where ADHD gets in your way the most and pick one or two areas to start with. Sessions are by telehealth, so there's no commute to forget about. If you're wondering about medication, we're happy to coordinate with a psychiatrist or your doctor.

What it costs

Sessions are $150 to $225 with our licensed and post-graduate clinicians, and $75 with supervised clinicians-in-training. Most clients pay privately and use their out-of-network benefits: we send a superbill every month, and many PPO plans pay back part of each session. Some of our clinicians are in-network with select plans, so ask us during your free consult.

Frequently asked questions

Do I need a diagnosis to start?

No. If ADHD is getting in your way, that's enough to start. Your therapist can help you sort out what's going on as you go.

Do you offer ADHD evaluations?

Yes. Ask about evaluations during your free consult, and we'll walk you through what's involved, the timing, and the cost.

Can you prescribe ADHD medication?

We don't prescribe, but therapy works well alongside medication. We're happy to coordinate with your psychiatrist or doctor, or help you find one.

Is ADHD therapy different from regular talk therapy?

It's more hands-on. Expect concrete strategies for time, planning, and follow-through, along with space to work through the frustration and self-doubt ADHD can leave behind.

I'm a new parent and my ADHD feels worse. Can you help?

Yes. Pregnancy, sleep loss, and new routines often make ADHD harder to manage. Some of our clinicians specialize in both ADHD and new parenthood.
